Style Rx by Bridgette Raes is the perfect antidote to all of those other style books that try to fit women's bodies into neat little categories like being pear or apple shaped. Every body is unique and trying to squeeze them into generic categories may be more convenient for authors, but it's not overly helpful to the reader.
In Style Rx the author focuses on individual body parts and what to do if you have a style issue with that part of your body. Body issues include everything from having a large or small chest to how to dress for narrow or wide feet to create a more balanced look. She even talks about necklines in relation to the shape of your face, talk about head to toe advice! This customized approach to fashion advice is like having a handy cheat sheet over 200 pages long on how to address your body issues. Real people are used as models in real photographs to illustrate her points. If you are confused about what to wear I prescribe you take in Style Rx and call on your local department store in the morning.
Thanks so much for your kind words about my book!
Wishing you the best,
Bridgette Raes
